These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website www.dnhomes.in (the “Website”) and all enquiries, consultations, quotations and services offered by [DN Homes Private Limited / registered legal name], having its office at [full registered address] (“DN Homes”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By browsing the Website, submitting an enquiry form, booking a consultation, or paying a booking amount, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to engage our services.

Definitions
- Services means construction, renovation, interior design, architectural planning, civil works and related services offered by DN Homes.
- Project means the specific construction or interior work agreed between you and DN Homes.
- Project Agreement means the written contract, work order or agreement signed for a Project, including its Bill of Quantities (BOQ), specifications, drawings and payment schedule.
- Package means any standard construction or interior package published on the Website (for example, Basic Build, Refined Living, MasterCraft, Essential Interiors, Elegance Living or Signature Luxe Interiors).
- Site means the land or premises where the Project is executed.
- Built-up Area means the area on which the per-square-foot rate is applied, as defined and measured in the Project Agreement.

Descriptions of services on the Website are general in nature. The exact scope, specifications, deliverables and exclusions for your Project will be set out only in the Project Agreement.

Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- submit false, misleading or another person’s information through our enquiry or contact forms;
- copy, scrape, reproduce or commercially use our content, images, project photographs or designs without written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or connected systems, or introduce viruses or malicious code;
- use the Website in any way that breaches the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any other applicable law.

Quotations, Estimates & Packages
- Respond to enquiries – Call or message you back, share package details, schedule a meeting (our “Meet Our Expert” step)
- Prepare quotations & designs – Assess your site, prepare estimates, BOQs, drawings, 3D designs and interior concepts
- Deliver the Project – Draft the Project Agreement, coordinate approvals, plan and execute work, share progress updates, carry out handover and warranty service
- Billing & payments – Raise invoices, record payments, process refunds, meet GST and accounting requirements
- Customer support – Handle complaints, snag rectification and after-sales service
- Improve our Website & services – Understand how visitors use the Website and improve content, design and performance
- Marketing (with consent)- Send offers, new packages, project updates and newsletters
- Legal & security – Comply with laws, respond to lawful requests from authorities, prevent fraud, and establish or defend legal claims

Consent & Legal Basis

- Consent: When you submit our enquiry form or contact us, you consent to us using your details to respond to you. Consent for marketing is taken separately.
